Movify allows users to upload images (including images containing faces) to generate AI-powered videos.
Uploaded content is used solely for providing the requested AI generation service.

Face images are processed only to perform the requested generation.
Uploaded face images are not used for identity verification.
Uploaded face images are not used for advertising purposes.
Uploaded face images are not shared with third parties.
Uploaded face images are not used to train or improve our AI models.
Uploaded face images are deleted according to our data retention policy described below.

Singular (attribution and marketing analytics)
Content Delivery Network (CDN) services
These services may collect device identifiers and usage information as permitted by applicable law.
Where required, the App requests permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) or other applicable consent mechanisms before tracking across apps and websites.
Movify may offer:
In-app purchases
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Payments are processed securely through the Google Play billing system. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
We retain user-generated content only for as long as necessary to provide the service.
Uploaded images and generated content are retained for no longer than 30 days, unless deleted earlier.
Users may delete their own content within the App where available.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
You may delete your account at any time by:
Opening Settings within the App and selecting the account deletion option; or
Contacting us at Hamza99boti@gmail.com.
Upon receiving or processing your deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable laws, except where retention is legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the App, including:

CDN providers
These service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only process it on our behalf.
Movify is not intended for children or users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
